Morrow County is made up of many thriving communities that we strive to protect and maintain through our community development programs. Through various redevelopment and revitalization programs and the Morrow County Land Bank, we can eliminate blight and create beauty. Our focus is to strengthen neighborhoods, improve public infrastructure, increase affordable housing, and preserve our downtown areas. Another part of our community development pillar is taking care of those within our community. We can do this through grants that help to rehabilitate and repair homes as well as be a resources for fair housing complaints.
