What is a workforce alliance?A workforce alliance is an industry sector partnership that works together to identify barriers and propose solutions to ensure that employers have consistent access to skilled talent, and that employees and youth have the support and training they need for rewarding careers.
Our Mission: The Morrow Workforce Alliance is a team of education, community, and business representatives collaborating to assist job seekers and businesses advance skills and knowledge, build and strengthen our local workforce, and provide resources and support to promote success.
MWA meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 10:00am at the Community Services Building Conference Room, Entrance B, 619 W. Marion Street, Mt. Gilead. If you would like to be added to the email list, please contact workforce@co.morrow.oh.us.
