The Morrow County Board of Zoning Appeals will have a special meeting on June 17th, 2014, at 7:00 PM, in the Commissioner’s hearing room, at 80 N. Walnut Street, Mount Gilead, Ohio.  This is in lieu of the regular meeting scheduled for June 10th. Cases to be heard are:

 

  • Case #V14-002; Application from Gethsemane Baptist Church for variances needed to build a replacement of their burned structure, located at 4000 County Road 217, Bennington Township, Parcel Number A01-501-00-255-00.

  • Case #CU14-003; Application from Gethsemane Baptist Church for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the rebuilding of a Religious Institution, located at 4000 Co. Rd. 217, Bennington Township, Parcel Number A01-501-00-255-00.

 

  • Case #CU14-004; Application from Jim and Lisa Marsell for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Home Occupation on their property at 2260 State Route 95, Canaan Township, Parcel Number B04-001-00-084-00.

The Morrow County Board of Zoning Appeals will have a scheduled meeting on May 13th, 2014, at 7:00 PM in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 80 North Walnut Street, Mount Gilead, Ohio. The following case will be heard at that time:
