Pursuant to and in compliance with Section 307.09 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Board of County Commissioners of Morrow County, Ohio, adopted Resolution 23-R-751, on October 2, 2023, resolving to authorize the sale of property no longer necessary for County use by sealed bid.  The property is located at 7697 County Road 242, Bellville, OH, 44813. Parcel L32-501-00-269-08. The parcel will be subdivided with 4 acres to be sold. A minimum bid price of $6,000.00 per acre is required. A survey will be completed post bid acceptance.
