MORROW COUNTY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Morrow County Development Authority (the “Development Authority”) will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Hearing Room of the Morrow County Commissioners, 80 North Walnut Street, Mt. Gilead, Ohio 43338. The purposes of the meeting are: (i) to conduct the regular business affairs of the Board; and (ii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board or any duly appointed committee of the Board.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held to discuss the
feasibility of applying brine for purposes of ice and dust control to
private roads and similar surfaces within the property owned by FFLH,
Ltd., Campground Management Inc., dba Cardinal Center, Fishburn Farms
Inc., Fishburn Services Inc. and Morrow Meadows Development, in the
hearing room of the Morrow County Commissioners, 80 North Walnut Street,
Mt. Gilead, Ohio 43338 on March 13, 2024 starting at 9:30 a.m. and the
applications will be discussed in the order listed above.

IF NEEDED, THE BOARD WILL MEET AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6, 2024, AT 8:00 AM, IN THE COMMISSIONER'S HEARING ROOM, TO FINISH DISCUSSING THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO BOARD MEMBERS.
